The hostel is in a very convenient location which means you can walk to many areas in Aachen. The train station is nearby and the trains can be heard from the rooms, which we enjoyed! The bunk beds were fine with an individual reading light and USB charging socket.

The location is excellent, right next to the rail station. My room was spotlessly clean with a comfortable bed and immaculate bathroom. It was no frills, but a very high standard of no frills! The public areas of the hotel, although somewhat institutional and spartan, are perfectly functional. Breakfast was of good quality - a typical German breakfast. Boiling water for tea ticked an important box. There was nothing to complain about - though I was looking for things. It's a basic yet clean and comfortable hotel/hostel that does what it claims to do. I would stay again.

It's perfect. I mean with the price. The place is also near train station. I can just walk to the train station and start going places in less then an hour. Cologne, Düsseldorf, Duisburg even Maastrict. I got food just in front of the train station. Döner (It's not the only place to get food, but I have no choice with my poor-ass and want to spare money for other things that I want to buy) The receptionist was also so nice.

The location is close to the central station so it was convenience. I booked one of the 4 bunk bed room, but forget to book the female one but the kind staff gave me the one with the female :) *which I think they always do so and it's so helpful! I imagine if you're going with your fam or with group of people it would be even better:) I have no complain about the room, first thing first everything was clean and I think it's worth the price. The bed was super comfy, new bedsheets and blanket. There is read lamp for each bed and socket near bed. Our room also have little chairs and table, which is nice because it ease me to work a little before bed and continue exploring the city the next morning. All in all I love it! Thank you a&o! Last, I just want to make a little note about the size of the bed. As an asian woman, I think it's perfect.

The hostel was so close to the train station and as we were carrying backpacks, this was important. The room was a great size for our family and we found it to be particularly clean. We LOVED that the toilet was separate to the shower area and that even tissues were supplied. Room temperature was very pleasant. Breakfast was terrific value as well. Overall, it was excellent value for money for travellers.

Excellent location for travelers who go by train. Very generous lobby area with various seating arrangements. Spacious enough to warrant privacy and comfort. A bar with option of beverages, coffee and snacks in the lobby. Very friendly and helpful staff. Thank you.

Amazing cuisine! It's been a long time since we've had such a wonderful, tasty, filling and varied breakfast. I was blown away by the abundance of gadgets, from jam dispensers to a machine for making small, tasty pancakes. A wide selection of juices and drinks via touch screen. Yogurts, sauces, fresh salads, sliced cheese and sausages, everything fresh and tasty!

The central location was perfect - you can reach any place on foot or by bus. The room was modest but it is all we needed as we were all the time outside. It was neat and clean. The check in / out was easy and quick.
